As the founder of the company and the lead for all recruiting activities, my experience encompasses 28 years of global level experience. This experience includes (Corporate, Contract, Military and Agency recruiting activities). I have worked directly as an employee,
(recruiter and recruiting leader), for many years and also as an on-site contractor in the industries I recruit for. Yes, there are many-many recruiting agencies out there, how do you know if they are any good. Many are sub-par at best. I know because I have worked with many of those recruiters when I ran recruiting for companies. Some of these recruiting firms will attempt to hire/present individuals with little or no industry knowledge and will do anything for the hire, (cut corners, disrupt process, or just fail by not honoring their commitment). During our search process your anonymity is preserved. We hold confidentiality seriously. For candidates, we only present you to organizations you agree to be presented. Thus companies may want confidentiality as well, they may not want their internal workforce to be disturbed by the knowledge a replacement is being sought or a position is being filled.
Prospective candidates are contacted and screened and their personal and business qualifications are evaluated.

• At least five years of experience working in the field of tailings or a related engineering field
• Knowledge of TSF design, construction, operation, maintenance, and surveillance.
• Knowledge of soil mechanics, slope stability analysis and general geotechnical and civil
engineering principles.
• Knowledge of monitoring and survey equipment, procedures, and principles
